Garden City University College is a private institution in Kumasi known primarily for its health sciences programmes, particularly nursing and midwifery. It also offers business, education, and IT programmes. The university has clinical partnerships with hospitals in Kumasi for practical training of health science students. GCUC has trained a significant number of Ghana's nurses and is recognised for the quality of its health science graduates.
