Central University

Central University is one of the oldest and largest private universities in Ghana, established in 1988 by the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC). The main campus is at Miotso on the Accra-Aflao road, with an additional campus at Mataheko in Accra. Central University is known for strong programmes in law, architecture, business, computing, and theology. The Faculty of Law is well-regarded and the architecture programme is one of few accredited programmes in Ghana's private university sector. The university has a vibrant campus life with modern facilities, student housing, and a strong Christian ethos.
